Data growth is exponential, and with the proliferation of new types - from texts to images to IoT - organizational information is hard to contain. Discovering and managing that information can be very challenging.
#1 Protecting and governing sensitive data is biggest concern in complying with regulations*
As a Microsoft partner, we are delighted to offer you a Compliance Workshop, endorsed by Microsoft, to provide you with insights to help you better discover, protect and govern your corporate data.
Workshop highlights:
This on-site engagement is spread out over several weeks to allow Compliance Check time to run on top of your cloud infrastructure and surface data risks within your organization. Compliance Check leverages automated Microsoft 365 tools and services to discover data stored in the Microsoft cloud and identify potential problem areas.
The automated discovery process will analyze your existing data for:
Sensitive information and intellectual property
Unused or “stale” data
Unusual activities
Workshop deliverables:
The Compliance Workshop gives you the insights you need to better discover, protect and govern your corporate data. Deliverables include:
Compliance Check report that includes findings and insights from the automated discovery process
List of actionable recommendations and suggestions for improved mitigation and governance
Detailed assessment of your IT and compliance priorities and initiatives
Clear look into Microsoft’s approach to compliance and how it relates to your organization
Hands-on opportunity to experience what integrated compliance looks like, including the latest tools and methods
Set of long-term recommendations on your compliance strategy, with key initiatives and tactical next steps
The Compliance workshop is free of charge subject to approval by Microsoft, and you have to be an E3 customer with minimum 1000 users to qualify.
How it works:
We’ll meet with your technical team to run Microsoft compliance check on top of your cloud infrastructure to surface hidden compliance risks within your organization and prepare a detailed risk analysis based on what’s uncovered. Then, we’ll share our finding during a one-day workshop at your site with recommended next steps.
